Compostable Plastics are Greenwashed
Plastic cutlery takes 1000 years to decompose - compostable products take equally as long if thrown in the trash. Very few compostable plastics end up in the specialized facilities they require to break down - and even when they do, they often don't break down fully.
Plastic is a Huge Problem
100 million plastic utensils are used every day. As the first company to mass-produce edible cutlery, you can help us grow to put an end to this crisis. Saving the planet never tasted this good!
Our spoons and sporks have their carbon and plastic footprint offset 200% through our partnership with Impact Collective.
Made with a base of wheat, oat, corn, chickpea, and barley with a minimal amount of sweetness to preserve the taste of your treat.
Each spoon or spork comes individually wrapped in a recyclable paper sleeve and will hold its structure for 30 minutes in ice cream or a hot soup.
Saving the planet has never been this fun!
With Incredible Eat's edible cutlery you'll never have to throw away a disposable spoon or spork again. Even if one of our products ends up in the environment as litter, it will naturally degrade just as food would and leave behind no harmful substances, plastic, or anything else that would damage or harm our environment, ecosystems, or animals.
Carbon Neutral isn't enough: we've offset our footprint 200%.
We've partnered with Collective Impact to offset our carbon footprint and plastic footprint. To ensure we're fully going above and beyond offsetting our impact, we've chosen to offset our impact 2X.
